Margaret River Community Centre Inc has been serving the local community for decades, providing support, connection and opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds.

By becoming a member, you are helping us continue to deliver programs and services that strengthen our community while preserving the Old Hospital Heritage Precinct as an important community hub.

Whether you’re an individual, a family, a volunteer or a local organisation, your membership demonstrates your support for the work we do and helps ensure the Centre continues to grow and respond to changing community needs.

Membership Options

1. Ordinary Membership

$20 per year

Ordinary Membership is open to anyone who supports the Objects of the Association.

Ordinary Members have voting rights at General Meetings and play an active role in the governance and future direction of the Community Centre.

2. Associate Membership

Free

Associate Membership is available to eligible:

  • Juniors (under 15 years)
  • Current MRCC staff
  • Current tenants
  • Margaret River Community Centre for Children families

Associate Members receive notices of General Meetings and the Association’s Annual Financial Report and may attend and be heard at General Meetings. Associate Members do not have voting rights.

What Happens Next?

After selecting your membership:

  1. Complete the online membership application.
  2. Provide your contact details and areas of interest.
  3. Tell us if you’d like to volunteer.
  4. Complete payment (Ordinary Membership only).
  5. You’ll receive confirmation of your membership by email.

Returning members can simply log in to their account to renew their membership each year.

  • Relieve poverty, distress and disadvantage experienced by people in need.
  • Support the wellbeing of seniors, children and families.
  • Deliver and support community programs and services.
  • Preserve and maintain the Old Hospital Heritage Precinct as a welcoming community hub.
